Located in a 37-acre nature preserve just south of the Chicago metropolitan area, The Corporate Reach Program at Irons Oaks Adventure Center offers experiential training programs to organizations throughout the Midwest.

Our professional facilitators meet with your representatives to establish specific, predetermined objectives - tailored to the needs of your company. The outcome is a program uniquely designed to develop your company's team building and communication skills through physical and strategic challenges.

...To Cooperation
What makes a company? The successful accomplishment of your sales, manufacturing or service goals, depend upon the ability of your staff to work together. Whether or not individuals can cooperate to accomplish a shared goal means the difference between success and failure in any organization. The Irons Oaks experience helps build mutual trust and teamwork.

...To Communication
How can we learn to communicate? 30 feet off the ground is one place to start. A manager negotiating a perilous footing at that height is suddenly quite motivated to listen to the advice of his co-workers. Everyone must communicate directions efficiently and precisely for, although safe from injury, a physical challenge hangs in the balance.

...To Creativity
There is no one right way to solve a problem. Finding alternatives is a creative process involving risk. Is the "safe" solution the best solution? What happens if we try something unusual and fail? In the workplace risk is often perceived as damaging- to egos, to careers and to the bottom line.
