If you’re looking for a private meeting space, away from the office, then this is the place. In the Irons Oaks building, you’ll have access to comfortable temperature-controlled carpeted meeting rooms. You may request a breakfast or lunch set up, catered from one of many outstanding local restaurants, coffee and soft drinks, any equipment you need such as projector, internet connection, easels and dry erase boards. All you have to worry about is getting here; we’ll take care of the rest. If you’d like to break up your day, or have a fun activity, why not try a team initiative provided by our Adventure Center Department?





If you’d prefer a more secluded meeting space, you may be interested in our Discovery Center.

The Discovery Center, located in the wooded area of our site, has two climate-controlled levels from which to choose. The upper level is perfect for a group presentation, with plenty of room to set up seminar style seating, lots of counter space for refreshments, all in a natural surrounding. The lower level is perfect for smaller meetings, with internet access, lots of counter space, a smart board or any other equipment you may need for presentations, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large attached deck. As with the Irons Oaks building, you may request coffee, soft drinks, breakfast or lunch. Not to mention, the Discovery Center offers privacy, and a beautiful natural outdoor surrounding to stretch your legs and get a breath of fresh air during breaks.
