Class I – RESIDENT non-profit governmental, library, and school boards:


Irons or Oaks Room - $55 per hour
Irons Oaks Room - $70 per hour

Class II – RESIDENT non-profit civic service organization, church, educational,
scouts, sports leagues or clubs, homeowner groups:

Irons or Oaks Room - $60 per hour
Irons Oaks Room - $75 per hour

Class III – RESIDENT private individuals, organizations, corporations or businesses:

Irons or Oaks Room - $65 per hour
Irons Oaks Room - $80 per hour

Class IV - NON-RESIDENT non profit

Irons or Oaks Room - $70 per hour
Irons Oaks Room - $85 per hour

Class V – NON-RESIDENT private individuals, organizations, corporations or businesses:
Irons or Oaks Room - $80 per hour
Irons Oaks Room - $95 per hour

Class VI – RESIDENT & NON-RESIDENT for profit groups charging fees for services
or products sold during a function held at Irons Oaks:

Irons or Oaks Room - $85 per hour
Irons Oaks Room - $105 per hour


DISCOVERY CENTER

Class I – RESIDENT non-profit governmental, library, and school boards:

Upper Level - $85 per hour
Lower Level - $55 per hour
Both Levels - $105 per hour

Class II – RESIDENT non-profit civic service organization, church,
educational, scouts, sports leagues or clubs, homeowner groups:

Upper Level - $90 per hour
Lower Level - $60 per hour
Both Levels - $110 per hour

Class III – RESIDENT private individuals, organizations, corporations or businesses:

Upper Level - $95 per hour
Lower Level - $65 per hour
Both Levels - $115 per hour

Class IV - NON-RESIDENT non profit

Upper Level - $100 per hour
Lower Level - $70 per hour
Both Levels - $125 per hour

Class V – NON-RESIDENT private individuals, organizations, corporations or businesses:

Upper Level - $110 per hour
Lower Level - $80 per hour
Both Levels - $145 per hour

Class VI – RESIDENT & NON-RESIDENT for profit groups charging fees for services
or products sold during a function held at Irons Oaks:

Upper Level - $125 per hour
Lower Level - $85 per hour
Both Levels - $155 per hour

RESIDENCY is defined as households whose taxes support the
Homewood-Flossmoor or Olympia Fields Park Districts.
All rates are on a per hour basis, with a minimum of three hours.
Any time needed for set up or clean up are included in your rental hours.
A $200 damage deposit is required for every reservation.
Failure to return room to its original condition, rental hours exceeded
or violation of any park district policies will result in loss of deposit.
